答案是B。dividend yield指的是annual dividend rate expressed as a percentage of the current market price of a stock。如果题目中只给了recent quarterly dividend, 那么就乘以4。所以Company A的dividend yield=（0.6*4）/40=6%，company B的dividend yield=1.4/32=4.375%，所以yield spread=6%-4.375%=1.625%
