在课件中的例题，为什么选 Arbitration 不选 OBSI 呢？

同学你好：
这道题里有关键词：“obtain a binding decision without going to court” – 一般是arbitration的定义
另外，OBSI是可以投诉的，但是结果不是binding,双发可以继续扯皮甚至上诉。
