老师这个是OG上的一道题，看不太懂
While some academicians believe that business ethics should be integrated into every business course, others say that students will take ethics seriously only if it would be taught as a separately required course. （OGV19 259）

B only if it is taught as a separate, required course
C if it is taught only as a course required separately
D if it was taught only as a separate and required course

only if和if在语义上的区别：only if 的意思是“除非”——除非这门课单独授课，否则没有学生会重视这个； if就不行了，if表示条件和假设；
will take seriously, 主句是一般将来时，我们高中语法学过，条件句用一般现在时表将来；
GMAT里面不讲究“委婉含蓄”这种用法，比如A选项里面would be taught——动作发生在未来，但是would虚拟，再加被动语态，就很别扭了；
