- It is… who… 这是idiomatic construction； place primary emphasis on the question that Smith addressed with the quoted words; 这句话主要想表达的是: 成为企业家需要具备哪些品质；→ 在who后面跟的是对于young people属性的定义，这部分其实是句子意思的重心；
- with B选项把从句who变成了介词with带着后面的属性；意思变了，从需要真正needed的是people，变成了是有这种需求的这一类人。换个角度：如果with可以，那么前边it is强调作用就非常弱，Adam Smith直接worte that后面接内容不好吗？为什么一定要强调？要强调的具体内容是什么？it is young people…that are needed to…这里也没有that are; With本身像一个小绳子，拖不动一个很长的很笨重的内容；
- 使用定语从句的作用在于把超长的修饰成分变为从属内容，降格处理，给主句的语义，尤其是谓语，腾挪出空间和道路；
- are those with / are the ones to have 实际表达的意思是 have；不简洁；
- having 使用分词做状语，句子的意思不完整，have出现的点正好是解释people和属性之间的关系；
