CSC Chapter 17

The management fee compensates the fund manager, but it does not cover the following operating expenses:
• Interest charges
• Taxes, audit, and legal fees
• Safekeeping and custodial fees
• Provision of information to share or unitholders
These expenses are charged directly to the fund.
