第8题：教材中关于firm commitment(bought deal)的定义是：the underwriters acts as a principal and commits to buy a specified number of securities at a set price,which it then resells to the public.本题中不就是以$24.45purchased then attempts to resell them to the public吗？

8. 你说的是对的呀, 这道题就是说的firm commitment或bought deal, 只不过题目问的是least likely, 所以选C
9.教材上是有这种类型题目的公式的, 需要背诵, 这道题是during cum rights period, 用股票现价27.7减去rights允许买入的价格24.50, 除以多少个rights可以换取买一股股票的权利, 公式是（stock current price – exercise price）/ n+1=（27.7-24.5）/5+1=0.53
