教材里说trailer fee 是从management fee里出（P50）. 同时，教材里说MER包括了所有的management fees and other expenses charged to a fund,（P51）。这也就说明了MER里包括trailer fee。
但练习题17.9 的答案 是选项B. Custodial fees。这个答案本身没错，但答案”A. Trailer fee”错在哪了？
PS 我问过我的银行客户经理，他说MER里包括了所有的费用。

这道题出错了，应该是哪一个不属于management fee，看下面知识点
The management fee compensates the fund manager, but it does
not cover the following operating expenses:
- Interest charges
- Taxes, audit, and legal fees
- Safekeeping and custodial fees
- Provision of information to share or unitholders
- These expenses are charged directly to the fund
