CSC 模拟题问题

老师你好，我在做模拟题的时候，有两道的结题不是很明白，麻烦老师看一下
42.An investor writes 3 DEF August 35 covered calls at$3.25. DEF shares subsequently rise to $40, and the writer is assigned. How much in total will the call writer recive as a result of the strategy, ignoring any other costs or considerations?
A.11475
B.12000
C.12975
D. 9525
 
首先是题目就不太明白，writer的calls 被assigned, 应该是亏钱，因为要花钱买股票给对方
股票花的钱是10500，但是收到了premium是975， 不知道答案为什么是10500+975， 如果是算亏钱，也应该是10500-975对吗，谢谢老师
 
第二题是：
Jenna is beginning a sport-wear business. Her sister has offered to contribute start-up capital and manage the production side of the business. What is the best type of business structure for Jenna and her sister?
A. Sole proprietorship
B. General partnership
C. Capital partnership
D. Limited partnership 
 
不知道是不是我的理解有误，我以为partnership就是合资的一种，只是在这种合资里，有两种责任类型, General 是 run the day-to-day operations and personally liable for all debts. Limited 是不参与日常经营，主要提供资金。 所以题目问的没有很懂，因为Jenna的姐姐既提供了自己，也要负责production，请老师解答，谢谢老师
